Numeric-literal cleanup and one typed-array fix

Mostly editorial spec cleanup, plus one normative fix to TypedArray atomic access bounds checking.

TypedArray revalidation now checks the whole element (gibson0425e0f8b3)

RevalidateAtomicAccess now computes the last byte of the accessed element and compares that against the cached buffer length, rather than checking only the starting byte. That closes a gap for multi-byte TypedArray elements and matters for correctness on growable SharedArrayBuffers.

Numeric literal grammar was simplified (gibson042874aedc, gibson04278ea84c)

The numeric-literal productions were tightened up by folding the 0/NonZeroDigit alternatives into DecimalDigit and simplifying NonOctalDecimalIntegerLiteral around a shared LegacyOctalLikeDecimalDigits helper. This mostly reduces grammar duplication and makes the legacy-octal-vs-decimal distinction clearer.

Specification examples were normalized (gibson0425345883, gibson04253a7267, gibson0423be9c1c)

Several explanatory examples and MV clauses were edited for consistency: the “one of” example was made smaller, and prose like “plus”/“times” was standardized to symbolic +/×. These are readability-only changes and do not alter semantics.

Other misc changes

  • Editorial MV wording cleanup across numeric and escape-sequence clauses
  • Reference/oldid update for the renamed numeric-literal production
