Numeric literal cleanup and a TypedArray correctness fix

Grammar simplifications landed alongside a fix to TypedArray revalidation for multi-byte elements on growable SharedArrayBuffers.

TypedArray correctness

RevalidateAtomicAccess now checks the full element — The revalidation logic was updated to compare the last byte of an accessed element against the cached buffer length, not just the starting byte. This closes a correctness gap for multi-byte TypedArray elements, especially with growable SharedArrayBuffers.

Grammar simplification

Numeric literal productions were tightened up — The decimal and legacy-octal-related grammar was refactored to reduce duplication, folding the 0/NonZeroDigit alternatives into DecimalDigit and simplifying NonOctalDecimalIntegerLiteral around a shared helper. This is mainly a cleanup that makes the spec structure easier to follow.

Editorial cleanup

Examples and MV wording were normalized — Several explanatory examples and mathematical value clauses were edited for consistency, including smaller “one of” examples and standardized symbolic notation like + and ×.

Other misc changes

  • Additional wording cleanup across numeric and escape-sequence clauses
  • Reference/oldid updates for renamed numeric-literal productions
