Iterator helpers grow new grouping primitives
ECMA-262 adds Iterator.prototype.chunks(_chunkSize_) and Iterator.prototype.windows(_windowSize_, _undersized_), giving iterators built-in fixed-size grouping and sliding-window behavior. The new methods validate sizes, close on abrupt completion, and yield arrays for each group.
List-joining behavior is centralized
Array.prototype.join, Array.prototype.toLocaleString, and %TypedArray%.prototype.toLocaleString now share a common JoinIndexedProperties abstract operation. The refactor also broadens the helper for ECMA-402 use, adds method-argument support, and factors out LocalizedListSeparator() for locale-sensitive separators.
Spec terminology and abstract ops get cleanup
Several low-level editorial updates landed, including renaming the default validElementTypes value in CreateListFromArrayLike from ~all~ to ~any~, plus broader wording cleanup around bitwise AND/XOR/OR references and consolidation around BigIntBitwiseOp.
Other misc changes
- Spell-check script now emits UTF-8 dictionary output.
- Minor editorial cleanup around
%TypedArray%.prototype.toLocaleString,JoinIndexedProperties, and related esmeta ignores.
