Iterator proposals reach the finish line
Iterator Chunking, Iterator Includes, and Iterator Join all moved into finished-proposals.md and were removed from the active proposals list, marking each as stage 4 and effectively complete.
Cleanup around finalized iterator work
The Iterator Join entry picked up a small erratum fix and restored its meeting-notes reference, while related link/reference cleanup kept the finished-proposals and README docs in sync.
Process metadata updates
The stage 2.7 reviewer list in README.md was updated with missing reviewers, improving ownership and review tracking for the proposals catalog.
