Iterator proposals reached the finish line
Iterator Chunking, Iterator Includes, and Iterator Join graduated to stage 4 — All three proposals were moved into finished-proposals.md and removed from the active list, marking them as finalized and headed for publication. Iterator Join also picked up its meeting-note reference in the completed entry.
Proposal tracking was cleaned up
Stage 2.7 reviewer list was updated — A few missing reviewers were added in README.md to keep ownership and review records accurate.
Other misc changes
Iterator Join erratum/reference fix — A small correction landed for the stage-4 Iterator Join entry, along with restoration of its 2026-05 notes link in the README references.
